Ovaj eksterni hard disk drajv ima USB 3.0 port koji omogućava brz USB 3.0 prenos podataka. Elegantan dizajn kućišta STOR.E EDITION-a odražava tanak, moderan dizajn Toshibine najnovije R-serije laptopova Satellite, Satellite Pro i Tecra. STOR.E EDITION će se naći u prodaji u Evropi u drugom kvartalu 2011. godine.
Toshibin STOR.E EDITION dolazi u četiri različite boje – crvenoj, plavoj, srebrnoj i crnoj – a kućište ima graviranu strukturu. Kapacitet skaldištenja podataka je do 1TB, što je dovoljno da se smeste velike biblioteke digitalnih medija.
Preko svog USB 3.0 porta, STOR.E EDITION je u mogućnosti da brzo prenosi velike medija fajlove na povezani USB 3.0 laptop pri brzini od do 5 gigabita po sekundi. Kompjuteri i dodatni uređaji koji imaju samo USB 2.0 takođe mogu da se koriste sa ovim novim eksternim hard disk drajvovima.
Instalirani softver Nero® BackItUp & Burn Essentials jednostavno i pouzdano bekapuje i čuva fajlove i foldere i vraća oštećene ili slučajno izbrisane podatke.
